Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the products’ inventory and the shipping time on the provider side.
Free shipping and economy shipping orders ($8.99 for US countries, $9.99 for European countries, $6.99 for other countries) will take 3-5 business days of processing time and then 10-15 days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 13-20 days.
Expedited Express (19.99$ for orders under 59$ and 12.99$ for orders over 59$) will still take 3-5 business days for processing and 5-8 days for shipping time. Expect in 8-13 days. US Expedited Express so far doesn't cover non-mainland regions, such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.
A Few Things to Note:
- We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays.
- Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
- Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, especially during high-volume periods.
- Please should contact us within 6 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our customer team will get back to you with solutions in 1-3 days.Overdue requests may not be able to accepted.
